TASTEABLE: California - Episode 11 Intro.  TASTEABLE: California  takes viewers on a weekly tour of California food and wine creators and destinations, including a recipe for Spanish Tortilla from Mundaka Restaurant in Carmel, a recipe for Grilled Prawns with Fresh Polenta from Piacere Restaurant in San Carlos, a visit with the Penfold's wine ambassador and master sommelier from the film SOMM, DLynn Proctor, a chocolate bakery tour with Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker, and a visit to the SF Chefs Wine and Food Festival.
