All-Natural Home Design is for the Birds

If you think that preparing your home for a dinner party or friends is creatively demanding, then just imagine being the Bower Bird. The male Bower Bird creates a one-of-a-kind nest design in order to woo the female.

He decides on a scheme, and then collects bits and pieces of material and items (including berries, feathers, string, shells, cans, plastic bottle tops..) to pull it together. In addition, he has to construct an actual threshold that she will find enchanting to cross.

No two nests are alike, and unfortunately, most males lose and remain stylish and confirmed bachelors.

Chocistry's Memphis BBQ Chocolate Truffle

Local artisan chocolatier Chocistry of Tennessee has developed a delicious and unique Memphis BBQ Truffle (the blue one in the box).

A very unique combination, but about 65% of people who tried it really, really liked it

Eggless Scrambled Eggs: The Hijiki Tofu Scramble

If you are like many people and are currently on an eggless diet, but really love scrambled eggs, then an alternative is scrambled tofu. BStar Bar & Restaurant in San Francisco's Inner Richmond Clement Street Corridor has a delicious Hijiki Tofu Scramble with tomato, shiitake, ginger, daikon sprouts, avocado. In the photo you'll see it is a bit yellow, because we added Monterey Jack cheese to it, and shortly, the avocado and sprouts will be incorporate into the entire dish.

The pink items, by the way, are ginger. You probably do not want to add those to your mix.
