Former “Top Chef” contestant Dale Levitski has revealed his new seasonal menu at the Lincoln Park restaurant, Sprout. In the new menu, you can choose your own foodie adventure. Levitski’s seasonal menu allows diners to mix and match flavors and textures for their own unique meals.
Some options include:
- Octopus with Edamame, Ricotta, Chili and Mint
- Duck with Brussel Sprouts, Beluga Lentil, Cherry, Butternut
- Veal Cheek with Lardon, Carrot, Mushroom and Ossau Iraty
- Salmon with Blood Orange, Turnip, Squash and Buerre Blance
