Vietnamese Chocolate from Marou Chocolate





New from Vietnam, we've found the beautifully packaged chocolate bars from Marou Chocolate.  

Yes, Vietnam has chocolate! The firm was founded by a couple of French men who, obviously, love good chocolate. The taste of course is delicious, and the terroir is noticeable.

Elvis Bread Pudding




Size isn't everything, especially when it comes to this "Elvis" bread pudding created by Chef Scott Quinn of the Claremont Hotel's Meritage restaurant.

The flavor within each bite is memorable and succulent, making you savor the moment. To top if off,  the dish is paired with bits of maple bacon and a scoop of peanut butter ice cream.
